How to Dress for A Job Interview…
Hello readers! As an Indianapolis Wardrobe Stylist, I have been helping a client prepare for a job interview. Putting together a professional, comfortable outfit is
Beth’s Philosophy: It’s better to have a few clothing items you love, and wear than a closet full of clothes you don’t even like. Clothes that fit perfectly, such as an expertly fitted blazer for men or women, are the key to amazing style.
If you’re curious about how Image Consulting can change your life, don’t just take it from me. Beth’s clients have changed their lives and habits thanks to my advice. These are their stories.

Jan was a successful professional wanting to dress business casual for those rare days when she went to the office.
John was a busy professional who wanted to look more attractive and polished for date nights. He often found it difficult to find clothes he liked and that fit.
Before: John said he wore only T-shirts and shorts and didn’t have any other ideas about how to dress up.
After: A linen suit and wow color in light blue made John appear more put together and ready for dates!

A mom of five, Cheree wanted to know her “wow” colors and how putting outfits together for her home-based business. Also she wanted to look put together when she was doing “mom” errands and out in the community and. church during the week. Cheree said, “it was great to learn how to layer to make more interesting outfits. Plus, when I wear my wow colors, I get lots of compliments.
After: Cheree learned how to shop her closet and make outfits from the clothes she had. We also made a list of clothing needs and how to integrate them into her wardrobe.
Bob called Beth Divine Style to help him find clothes that fit and elevated his style for his new professional role. He was not optimistic, but later said he knew he looked great and co-worders complimented him on his office looks!

Saralee is starting a unique small business rooted in riding horses. She wanted to learn her best colors and shapes, and find some business outfits for a professional photo shoot.
Sal was the wife of one of my clients, and her husband gifted her a Beth Divine Style package. Being very petite, Sal often bought clothing in the children’s department; but Beth did find some very creative and flattering looks for this petite mom!
Melanie had a classic, sophisticated style and knew what she liked. We worked together to shop her closet and come up many new outfits. A color analysis revealed what colors were not flattering to her, and we cleaned out those colors as well. Melanie was a true Summer and looked amazing in clear, cool whites, greys, navy and other cool colors. Black was too strong for her. But she could still wear it in with other “wow” colors.

One of my regular clients asks me to style her family for their annual photo for Christmas cards. (This post is from last November 2023.) She is the only gal with three sons and a husband. Three of them have cool coloring and the other two warm coloring. I always keep this in mind each year. I always like for Sherry to “shine!”
Last year, we decided to just shop Sherry’s closet and put together something new. Surprisingly enough, this photo proved to be one of the best yet!(
