Haircuts with bangs are very popular! I thought they were cute, but they weren’t for me. Besides, I had “side” bangs which I thought were enough. Fast forward to a Sunday night and I wake up with a nasty scratch on my forehead from Nellie, my kitty who likes to jump on the bed. She had scratched my forehead, low enough to make it hard to cover the large bandaid I would have to wear for several days.
Hmmm, what to do. I had a job coming up, and I didn’t want to be the “Bandaid” mystery woman. So…I decided to get some front bangs. They did the job, covered up the Bandaid, etc. Eventually, I grew to like them. I received many compliments, and somehow they made it easier to style my hair. I could do even less than I usually do!
If you are game, try some bangs. If you don’t like them, they will grow out. Who knows…you may decide that they are a chic addition to your style!
